  • We are a family firm and have been established over 50 years. We have managed thousands of properties and have extensive experience of all types of property renovation, repairs and general building works.
  • We have a full time dedicated property services manager and our own in house maintenance and buildings teams.
  • On top of the day to day running of our properties we have worked on many projects from roofing, flooring, decorating, plumbing, kitchen fitting, refurbishments and exterior works.

We believe that good property management involves cooperation of the three parties: the client, the agent and the tenant, and that the landlord’s interest is best served in this way.

Preparing To Let

Before & After pictureThere are a number of issues which need to be taken into account by our staff when advising you of how best to proceed with letting your property. The market is highly competitive and it is essential that your property is presented in the best condition to allow it to be let quickly and at a competitive rent.

Our letting managers are highly skilled in carrying out a rental and property assessment for you and would be pleased to meet you at the property to discuss all of the issues in greater detail.

At Feliks Augustine our lettings and property management staff have looked after hundreds of properties and we are constantly working on behalf of clients; therefore we are well placed to judge what the correct market rent should be for property.

Inventory & Conditions

BEfore & After pictureAs part of our service, we will carry out an inventory of any of your possessions together with a schedule of condition, noting the condition of the premises at the time of letting the property to a tenant.

Tenants will pay a deposit on the property and will have deductions made against it, if any damage is caused to either the property under the schedule of condition or the inventory of contents.

We take up references for all prospective tenants and the calibre of ours is second to none.

General Management

We will inspect the property three months after the start of the tenancy to check the tenant’s performance and every three months thereafter. We will write a report on the condition of the property and advise on any works needed to be carried out or any issues that need addressing so that your property is always in great condition.
